The service

Sendtide approves selected Xero sales invoices and optionally emails them, emails approved unsent invoices, or marks them as sent without email. You must have authority over the connected organisation and recipients. Review the Pre-send check and displayed count before Confirm action. Emails cannot be unsent, and approvals cannot be undone: Xero does not move an approved invoice back to draft (it answers "Invoice not of valid status for modification"). To reverse an approval, void the invoice in Xero. Check the list before you confirm.

Plans and limits

Load and check are free. Your first 10 successfully processed invoices per organisation are free, with no expiry. Maximum 1,000 selected invoices per job; reads above 10,000 fail clearly without a partial list. Failed and skipped rows do not count. A successful approval counts even if its email later fails. Uncertain results reserve the free allowance. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where tax applies, Paddle adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay. Monthly access costs $12/month and renews until cancelled. A $19 pass lasts 7 days and does not renew. Prices are excl. VAT/sales tax. Cancel with Manage subscription; access continues to the paid period end. Paddle handles checkout and payment.

Xero allows up to 1,000 invoice emails per day for paying organisations, 20 for trial organisations and none for Demo Company. The app shows remaining Sendtide allowance today in UTC; sends outside Sendtide are not counted. Xero may stop earlier. Its global remaining allowance and reset time are not documented.

Availability and responsibility

Xero permissions, validation, rate limits or availability can stop a job. Email API success is not proof of delivery. Check uncertain rows in Xero before another action. Keep independent accounting records. We do not guarantee that every approval or email will succeed. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending access

Use Disconnect to remove the connection and saved details, or Sign out to end the session. See Refunds. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact.

Sendtide changes invoices only after you confirm the count, and only in the organisation you chose. Approve and mark as sent were checked on Xero’s Demo Company on 29 October 2026; Xero sends no invoice emails from Demo Company, so emailing has not been tried there.
